• Yes you can but it will not be full screen unless you using a dongle through the HDMI port and use the aspect ratio to all Direction zoom so the picture can be pretty small if you just cast it directly to the TV through your WiFi

• Yes, you can . If you have an LG phone you can use it's specialized mirroring protocol. I have not tested it with other phone brands, but I expect it should work with most modern Android phones. Keep in mind: if the streaming service has some form of copy-write protection, the app on the phone may prevent streaming.
