• Hello, if you are not watching true 4K input content (not just HD), then the image may not be as crisp, since it is having to up convert. Once you watch true 4K input content, you will be able to see the difference. ^AC

• I was having trouble getting the picture just right myself but then I tried the Smart Picture feature and have left it there ever since. I’m using a ota antenna and the picture is amazing, crisp and clear.
