• It would probably be easier to just return the TV and purchase it from a reputable business that does not lie and cheat their customers.

• To use Audio Guidance Settings>Accessibility>Audio Guidance When the Audio Guidance is set to On, the TV will announce its current status (Channel, Volume) by voice. ^CP
