No Spectrum App. The apps are: Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Sling, GooglePlay, CH free (LG channels of content), VUDU, Apple TV, Web Browser, Photo Viewer, Music App, LG App Store.

The Spectrum app is not a compatible app for the LG 60 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV (59.5'' Diag), Model # 60UM6900PUA so it is not available for download and installation on the TV. Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, Apple TV, Disney+, Sling TV. Pandora, LG Channels, Google Play Movies & TV, Russian Cinema, YouTube are some of the preinstalled apps that are on the TV. Other apps like YouTube TV, Movies Anywhere, and many more can be downloaded and installed from the LG Content Store (App Store). This feature can be launched from the TV's home screen. Apps like Apple TV and Hulu allow you to subscribe to watch Apple TV + or Hulu with Live TV. LG Channels, provides over 180 channels of free TV content along with other entertainment, educational, new and gaming apps.
