How old is this tv? We bought a tv from Best Buy and found out from Comcast that it was an older model and not compatible to receive the latest updates. We thought it was brand new. He showed us on the back what year it really was. null

The LG 60 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV (59.5'' Diag), Model # 60UM6900PUA was a 2019 release, but the actual date of manufacture will be stamped on the nameplate that is attached to the back of the TV. 2019 TVs are identified by the "M" in the model number and 2020 TVs are identifiable by an "N" in their models numbers, but every TV will have a nameplate that shows the date of manufacture. There will be a difference between the date of manufacture and when the TVs are first made available for sale in stores...^IFV

From what i can tell it seems like you are talking about the [LG] webOS TV UM690OPUA Which came out in 2019. So i think its about 6 ears old
