What kind of connection does your soundbar have, and what are you using? I use an optical cable and that works pretty well. Whatever I use on this tv, cable box, Blu Ray player or game console, all the sounds come out to the soundbar. One skinny cable, great sound..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Apparently LG isn't compatible with anything...I am having the same issue with my Sony 71. receiver which supports both 4k and ARC. I will be returning this TV if issue sin't resolved within a day or two. I called LG and they're sending out a local tech to see if they can resolve the "issue".
