• A:Answer Don't know but ours did it too. It all stopped after being hardwired into the internet and the firmware was updated. Try that if it still is doing it and is still in your house

• A:Answer I have a Samsung 65 UHD 4K curve in the family room U6500 that costs more than double and it definitely is a better set. For the buck, it serves the purpose for me. Go to a showroom and see if it is a comparable unit. I would not think there would be a big difference.I did and didn't see any reason to go with the Samsung. Hope I was able to help.

• A:Answer The HDMI port can be used to connect the surround sound system in a pass through configuration. Which means a device (such as Bluray player, etc) is connected to the surround sound system and then the surround sound system to the TV. Otherwise it will need to be connected to the Digital Optical audio port.

Q: QuestionThis TV has something called HDR Pro. Which is advertised as supporting High Dynamic Range content. Is that the same as having true HDR with HDR10 content? Please answer ASAP if you can. I am considering buying this TV because it is on sale.

• A:Answer i have had this set for 6 months and yes it does support hdr10 when you play a 4k uhd disc with hdr on a 4k player with hdr itt will say hdr in the upper right corner for a few seconds when you play a disc with hdr
