Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The LG 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 65" Class (64.5" Diag), Model # 65UJ6200 has what is referred to as a Shared Composite/Component Input on it. The TV's video circuitry has been modified so that both a composite and component video source connection can be accommodated. You didn't mention what colors your plugs are, however, Composite plugs are Red/White and Yellow color-coded plugs. The red and white are for stereo audio and the yellow is for the video signal (the composite Video connection sends an analog video signal in which both the Color and B/W portions are transferred together.). Component plugs only handle the video signal and are color-coded as Red/Green/Blue and may carry the additional designations of Y,Pb,Pr or Y,Cb,Cr. What these initials mean is that the red and blue cables carry the color information of the video signal, while the green cable carries the B&W or "Luminance" (brightness) portion of the color signal. If you look in the back of this TV, you will see the red/white audio connections on the right, then as you go across the other ports from right to left, the other ports will be color-coded as red/blue and half yellow/green ports. IF you have the old RCA Composite Plugs (Red/White/Yellow), you can plug the red and white into the ports red and white ports designated as L MONO Audio R. The yellow plug would have to be plugged into the half yellow/half green port designated as Y. IF your ports on your DVD are Red/Blue/Green, you color match them and plug them directly. You will only be able to plug in one unit at a time. If your Surround Sound System has an Optical Digital Audio Input, you can connect that to the Optical Digital Audio Output on the TV with an optical cable. To advise you further, we would need to know more about what type of connections you have on your Surround Sound System...^IFV
