Yes, only it isn't labeled as 240hz refresh rate. For marketing reasons, LG decided to label 240hz refresh rate as TrueMotion.

My understanding is that this TV is 120Hz. The motion software improves the motion clarity to 240Hz. As an owner of this TV, I can tell you the clarity is the best I have seen and the 3D is the best I have ever seen.
