• This TV doesn't have Roku. But I think that what you are really asking is if this is a smart TV that will provide access to streaming services like Spotify, Netflix, Amazon Instant, or whatever. The answer is yes, this is a Smart TV and provides access to many services (not sure of Dog TV).
