How far apart are the legs null

2 settings, far apart or towards middle. I didn't know this when I bought it, but using the middle setting saved me the cost and trouble of installing a wall mount... I was very happy. I was able to place the TV on a 45 inch wide fireplace.

You can put legs in either the middle or far sort towards the end of each side

I used a custom stand but it should say on the specs

They are balanced in the middle
