“I bought this tv earlier this year and from the first day of receiving it after a few hours of watching it, the sound get out of sync with the person lips??? If I turn off the TV and turn it back on it will correct for short time and start doing it again”

Hello, please try this settings Push the Home button on your remote. Select the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner. Select Sound > AV Sync Adjustment. Turn On AV Sync Adjustment, then use the left-right slider to delay or speed up the audio to match the video better.^Vanessa
