Cinema mode is similar to any other "movie" mode. The Filmmaker mode is the one you want it set to to watch how the director intended.

Please try again later.Filmmaker Mode means that you can watch your daytime programming with the cranked brightness and blue levels, with the surreal smearing of motion interpolation fully intact, but when it comes to something cinematic, you're treated to what's meant to be seen. The cinema picture mode (sometimes referred to as “movie”) is regarded as the mode with the most “accurate color reproduction” because it's what directors and producers use when filming.
