QuestionWhat cables do I need to buy for the 65” 4K TV? I don’t subscribe to cable. I just use the free channels and wifi.

- Answer HDMI cables will need to be purchased, they have several types now. 4k and now 8k, if you need or watch Dolby Atmos or other super high quality videos. Get 8k if not go with 4k rated HDMI cables.

QuestionJust bought the LG 65” C1. Was on a live chat box with an LG representative for 3 hours trying to figure out if the remote is broken. When I press the back button, it does not go back to a previous channel while watching cable. Help!!

QuestionI am looking to purchase the LG C1 TV. But I have a external hard drive 4TB which is in exfat format to use in macbook. So the hard drive can be directly connect to the TV??? Does the LG C1 supports exfat file system??

- Answer From what I’ve seen that type of tuner is on the LG Gallery line (G1) & the Sony X90j primarily. Not sure when the tuner will be deployed on other models but those are 2 I know have it.

QuestionLove the TV picture but the LG sound bar is not correctly synced, especially on certain channels. Very distracting. I can't find anything online that matches the screen prompts to correct this problem. Also not getting any sound from woofer so far.

- Answer You need to go into the sound options and change it to PCM but when you do this you won't have Dolby Atmos But your sound will sink correctly
