The LG 65" Class C5 Series OLED evo AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025), Model # OLED65C5PUA, has an Optical Digital Audio Output on the back that only outputs audio. To connect it to an external receiver that has the older RCA Stereo barrel ports (Red/White), you would need to purchase a DAC (Digital Analog Converter), which can be connected to the Optical Digital Audio Output on the back of the TV, and has the older stereo RCA Red/White Barrel ports at the other end. The Yellow RCA barrel port is for video signals. For your CD Recorder/Player, you only need the Red/White stereo RCA barrel ports, but if your CD Recorder/Player only has audio outputs, the DAC will not work since it only works for connecting the Optical Digital Audio Output on the TV to Audio Inputs on external devices like an external receiver, Soundbar, or Home Theater System...^Ivan.
