Yes, i do not have mine mounted, but it does come with the mounting brackets. Page 7 of the manual gives you the instructions.

Yes. I own this TV and I have it wall mounted to the existing bracket that I used for my previous TV. The only extra step is going to Lowe’s and picking up the correct size screws if you are using an existing wall mount, since the TV does not come with them. For the record, the TV requires 4 M6 screws.

yes, we bought one and mounted it. You just need to be careful when adjusting it and pulling it out so you don't break the glass front.

Yes. Mine is wall mounted. Since the TV is only 1/8 th inch thick for the top half I hestitated to put it on a tilt mount. They have it tilted at Bestbuy, but I wonder how it would hold up for years in that position. I would Not put it on a full motion mount if I thought I was going to move it frequently as the thin portion of the TV has to be carefully handled, you can break the screen by grabbing it in the wrong way. It needs to be treated as a delicate item.
