“Some scenes blindingly bright, others so dark i can't see anything. Sometimes both on same scene at same time, with parts too bright and parts too dark. How do I fix so dark areas are lighter and bright areas are darker. Need $0 solution.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Change then PICTURE setting. It will change the brights and darks. I use cinema or HDR light and get a beautiful even picture.
