First, I assume you're talking about HDR (high dynamic range) as I'm not really sure what HRD would be? Yes, all the LG OLED65C8PUA have HDR. OLED65C8PUA is a specific model, so they have all the same specifications. The '8' indicates the year 2018, and the letter before the '8,' a 'C' in this case, is the trim level (borrowing a term from the automotive world) within this particular family of LG OLED sets. So you're asking about the specific model that is trim level 'C'. This year, there is one cheaper trim level, 'B', and several more expensive trim levels, all the way up to the one which can be hung flat on the wall because the electronics have been separated from the unit (too expensive for my blood, but amazing). As far as I have been able to determine, all the 2017 models in this family of OLEDs also had HDR. The primary difference between the 2017 and 2018 models is a slightly improved picture—probably not really visible to most people's naked eye the vast majority of the time—and a faster processor (at least on the 'C' model and higher, if I understand it.) The stands are different. Oh, and a 77-inch size is also available this year, but you were asking specifically about the 65-inch.
