“I noticed when the screen is all white it is not uniform in color (there are three sections in the middle of the screen that are much brighter and more white than the remainder of the screen). Screen looks dirty. Is this normal or a defect with my unit?”

Mine is the same when blank, but it does not effect picture when watching TV.
