“I’ve noticed when I’m watching a 4K movie it looks crisp and clear on the bright scenes, but on the much darker scenes i can hardly see anything?. The only mood that seems to work is “vivid” but even still it’s too dark.”

Hey, Jay, go to settings and turn off power saver. Then go back to where the vivid setting is and change it to the HDR, scroll down to the rate/amount and set it to the max. This should clear up or brighten all of your shows and movies. Hope this helps.
