“No display for HDMI port 2--TV 1 week out of box. Device activation turns on TV, indicating connection. Worked yesterday. Switched device to port 1 works fine. Other device that displayed in port 1 no longer displays in port 2. Only remedy to exchange TV?”

Try a new HDMI cable, or the connection its backwards happens all the time

We didn't have any issues with hdmi2. If you did, I would agree that it needs to be replaced
