- Answer Netflix is not an Internet Channel. It is one of the preloaded Premium Content Provider apps that can be found in the LG Nano 9 Series 4K 65 inch Class Smart UHD NanoCell TV w/ AI ThinQ® (64.5'' Diag), Model # 65SM9000PUA. The TV features the LG Channels app which combines premium, digital internet channels with your broadcast or cable television lineup.You can access the channels by pressing the Home button on the TV's remote, then navigating to Settings , then select LG Channels. By default, LG Channels may not be set to ON, but you can press the toggle switch on the LG Channels menu to activate it. The LG TV Plus is a mobile app that you can use to control the TV without the remote control...^IFV

QuestionI have the 65" LGSK9000 on a 17"wide stand. Which LG soundbar will fit in front without blocking the tv sensor? I have a LGNB2520A and that doesn't do it. It paired perfectly with my 60"LG plasma.

Any LG Soundbar that has a height less than 2.9" will fit without blocking the sensor such as the LG SL10Y 5.1.2 Channel Sound Bar w/Meridian Technology & Dolby Atmos, which has a height of 2.48", the LG SL9Y 4.1.2 Channel Sound Bar w/ Meridian Technology & Dolby Atmos which has a height of 2.24", or the LG SL8Y 3.1.2 Channel Sound Bar w/ Meridian Technology & Dolby Atmos which also has a height of 2.44" just to name a few...^IFV

Questionwhere is the back button???? I've been using my cable remote but going to cut the cable and been using the remote only to find...a MUCH used button...not there. unless I'm blind?

- Answer No its not, its just smart tv, but has everything you need, like netflix, Hulu, Amazon video, all you need to do is download it on the menu and you would be good to go, hope it helps

- Answer The LG NanoCell 90 Series 4K 65 inch Class Smart UHD NanoCell TV w/ AI ThinQ® (64.5'' Diag), Model # 65SM9000PUA is not a dual voltage TV. It has a power rating of 120 VAC, 50/60Hz. You will need a step down transformer to use it on a 220 ~ 240V outlet. This TV has three built-in tuners, an ATSC tuner, an NTSC tuner and a QAM tuner. The ATSC tuner is ATSC 1.0 and ATSC 3.0 broadcasting service is on the air in South Korea. Leading terrestrial broadcasters (KBS, MBC and SBS) started their main service – 4K Ultra HD channels – in the Seoul metropolitan area on May 31, 2017. Local broadcasters were in the process of licensing to start their service by the end of 2017. South Korea’s transition to ATSC 3.0 with 90% coverage was scheduled to be completed by 2020 and ATSC 3.0 signals are going to cover the whole country by 2021. The built-in tuners in the TV are not compatible with the digital terrestrial standards used in Europe so this TV will not work in Europe or other Asian countries that use a different standard...^IFV

QuestionHow much room is there from the bottom of the tv (without the stand) to the lower wall mount bracket screw? My wall mount is above a fireplace mantle and cannot be relocated. I need to make sure the tv will fit without hitting the mantle below.

- Answer From corner to corner the 65 inch TV is exactly 64.5 inches, it is thin, sound, and the image is great! A big on the heavier side I believe for how thin the TV is. We mounted it to the wall and it looks awesome.
