Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would suggest Checking your HDMI. I experienced the same thing hon my PS4 Pro. Also make sure the TV is most up to date. If your console supports HDR, make sure those settings are set , that way they match the TV as well. It's a simple fix and you might have to play around with it a bit, but rest assured, it's not the tv. Don't worry! :)

The only thing I can think of if you have it connected to a receiver that doesn't support it . So I disconnected my receiver and considered buying a up grade model to see if it woeks
