Call your protection plan company first. If they won't replace it, contact LG. On AVS Forums there are reports of LG beginning to replace burned-in panels for angry OLED customers, but only sporadically. It seems like they've always been very aware of this problem and now have to deal with angry customers of 6-24 month old OLED tvs, especially now that Samsung is prominently advertising a ten year warranty of replacing burned-in panels. Samsung has chosen not to create OLEDS because of this problem that makes OLED tvs last only two years, and now they're calling LG out on this. So take advantage of this and call LG.
