• Yes. There is a setting in the Sound menu for dual output to TV speakers and optical audio out.

• I recently purchased the OLED65C7P and can confirm that it does have an Optical Output. I am currently using the Optical Output to pair with my Sonos Playbase. The OLED65C7P also supports sending sound to both the Internal TV Speakers + Audio Out(Optical), simultaneously.

• The tv does have an optical digital audio output but I have not tried to see if it works simultaneously with the sound from the internal speakers.
