We've only had our LG OLED 65C7P TV a few weeks and never transported it, so I've never researched it but using logic it seems to me it would be best transporting it as the delivery men did, upright. It would take up less floor space and it seems it would be less likely to crack. If laid flat and there were any extra pressure in an area on the screen that area would be susceptible to cracking if a bump in the road occurred.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had it flat in the back of my BMW X5 to bring it home. So, should be fine. Remember, there is Styrofoam in the Box keeping the screen sturdy.
