Sorry, I couldn't get to the top of the TV to check those mounting holes. The lower mounting hole is about 10 inches from the bottom edge of the screen. The manual accompanying the TV says the mounting conforms to the VESA standard 300 horizontal by 200 vertical dimensions. A separate document says the TV screen is 32.7 inches high.
