“Has anyone experienced burn in and was it covered under the geek squad warranty? If yes, was it a smooth process?”

• I haven’t experienced burn in yet but I did have another issue covered by geek squad and it was really easy. They came out to my house and replaced the tv and set up my new LG. Super simple. Geek squad covers burn in which is why I got the five year.

• My OLES55E6P burned in and the Geek Squad replaced it instantly with a OLED65C7P. Just adding a lg sound bar.
