You should upgrade your hdmi cable to 2.0 so it can handle 4K. It may also help to use a fiber optic cable for the digital audio if your audio goes through a receiver. There really is no simple answer as it depends on how your system is currently set up and what the components are. The picture will be better than what you have currently, but if you want to take full advantage of the TV’s capabilities you may need to make some changes.
