“How is it's built-in sound system? I don't have a seperate sound system now, and wondering if I can get away without buying a separate sound bar on this model?”

I bought the LG sounder which is fantastic. Have not used the OLED speakers.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unless you are super picky the OEM sound is just fine. As good as any TV output infact better than most. It does not need any further accessories at all IMHO.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The speakers in it are ok, they surprised me. I replaced a Sony and had a Klipsch Icon SB1 2.1 soundbar connected to it. I chose not to connect that 2.1 sound bar to the LG, so as to not lose Atmos surround, and will eventually get an Atmos compatible sound bar. I could clearly get more bass and louder if I used the 2.1 over the built in speakers.
