M6 X 12 mm. I had a Sony hung on the wall, pulled the back bracket off and tried the screws in the LG OLED, same ones fit perfect. I mounted that same bracket on the back of the LG and used washers. Just had to use the lowest holes on the TV mounted bracket to make up for the mounting difference location of the back of the TV between the LG and Sony (the LG OLED has the screw locations lower on the back of the TV compared to the Sony - due to the OLED back panel). I chose not to move my wall mounted bracket. If you are mounting the wall bracket, then you can center it exactly where you want.
