I have never used the LG OLED C9 series, but the OLED E8 series is amazing, super clear and bright pictures, best sound quality, low energy consumption. I would recommend it to everyone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same screen same processor. The sound from the internal speakers is better on the E8. The E8 also looks more elegant on glass. That's about it. That being said I do find the C8 and C9 to look a bit plan looking for a $3000 TV but once it's turned on all you will see is that beautiful picture anyway.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are several differences between the C9 and E8 TVs. The E8 has better built in audio with a 4.2 channel system and 60 watts compared to the 2.2 channel and 40 watts of the C9. The C9 is WiSA ready where the E8 is not however. The C9 will be able to support AirPlay 2. With the new AirPlay 2* built-in, you can effortlessly cast anything from iOS or Mac to your LG AI TV, including support for Dolby Vision™. You can even sync music with other AirPlay 2-compatible speakers anywhere in your home. We hope this information helps.
