Black Friday deals usually consists of the same TV and modem built in , but with a lessor LED panel from a third party tech supplier. You can google the serial numbers of proper LG LED panels and the first two letters will indicate whether it’s the real deal or a cheaper panel. Like Samsung’s serial numbers start with UN******** . For real ones. LG ‘s not sure so Google it.
