• If you don't have cable or another TV service, then the only way is to connect to a BlueRay or DVD player so your TV comes up connected to that input source (HDMI1/HDMI2/VGA/USB...etc)

• The 65UM7300PUA will turn on to the last input and volume level that the TV had when it was powered off. So if you turn the volume down to 0 before turning the TV off, the TV will turn on to a 0 volume level. It does not have the ability to turn on and immediately load an application. ^CP
