Setup could not be any easier. The AI ThinQ remote is very intuitive and easy to use. Picture quality is great for a UHD TV. I can't say enough good things about this TV. Very light weight, easy to mount on the wall. My first LG product and very happy so far...

We have been very happy with our purchase of the 65” LG Smart TV. The picture quality and Smart options have been a great upgrade to how we used to ‘TV’ We added the LG sound bar and together they have turned our TV room into a ‘movie theater’ experience during the Stay at Home order. After learning the smart remote, pretty easy, we can now access all of our streaming subscriptions, traditional cable, and even Bluetooth our audio subscriptions for concert night quickly and easily. We purchased at the beginning of the pandemic and did the ‘order online - contactless pickup’ option. Very simple and we had a great online and at store experience. Load in team at store was beyond helpful and polite!

I purchased a sound bar with this tv only to inbox the tv and hook it up and I was impressed by the tv speakers alone. Really great sound, Setting up the TV is easy, from adding your WiFi to signing in to the different apps. I have one complaint and that is I have noticed a small drag occasionally during high intensity action sequence scenes. I am not sure this is the tv though - or is it the fire stick, or the app through the fire stick But the picture is excellent Disney+ (HDR) looks incredible on this screen And the sale price I got - made me feel like I stole it

I bought this TV to replace the one in our Bedroom, because we wanted a TV that could stream video better than our old 6 Series Samsung. This is a huge step up from that. We had issues with our old TV being slow or not wanting to work wireless. So far we haven't had any issues with the apps or wireless. Other brands we were looking at was Sony, Samsung, Vizio and we ended up with this LG. Turns out Samsung and LG have a partnership there models are very similar. We went with the LG because of better reviews and a better price. Pro's: - Good picture with 4K streaming. - Wireless Apps work fast and no issues watching streaming Apps. - Lots of free apps on the LG Apps Store. - Stands higher so you can fit your Blu Ray or Cable Box underneath it. It is also easier to dust underneath it. - Big remote, seems solid, dropped it a free times off the bed and no issues with it. Con's: - Sometimes using the remotes "Mouse Function" can be a bit tricky, it is very sensitive when trying to move it on the screen.

We love this big screen tv. We finally replaced our decade old Sony as the main tv. It is still in the house and working. The new screen is so much bigger and more immersive. We use it mostly at night but it is visible in daylight too. However we hung black out drapes for the patio door and that makes it dark. The sound is good without a sound bar. It has fewer wires. We added an small antenna outside and digital over air is great. The apps work fine as we cut the cable habit. We kept our Apple TV for some apps. The remote is easy.

Beautiful color. Easy set up. Easy to use remote. I dont care for the pedal stools on the ends. It would be a better choice to hang the TV in my opinion.

Bought this LG to replace my 65 inch LG that I only owned for 3 years. My 65 inch developed a horrible purple hue. Of course I was just months out of my extended warranty so I bought this new TV. So far so good. Picture quality is amazing and the sound quality is really decent. I really love the user friendly remote and the Google assistant feature. Time will tell if this LG model holds up better than my previous TV.

When we first got the tv we thought it would be the same as our older model just bigger, but this tv has a lot of cool features and it always let's me know when we need to update something so that all my apps work perfectly. We can have one app playing but look through the other to see if there is anything we want to watch. It's great we love it

Reviewed several models at BestBuy and the salesman was very helpful. We selected the LG on connectivity ports, image quality and pricing. Also purchased the extended warranty. The packaging was easy to remove at home. Installation instructions were clear and easy to understand. We are very happy with our purchase.

It was first time getting LG’s brand. The quality of tv was amazing and fast. Easy setup n use. It included a magic remote controller which is really nice.

Clear, even without 4k tuning. Sound is good, not like some of the other reviews. I bought a sound bar with it but didn't need it. Great TV for the price. Cant beat it.

I am so pleased with my purchase of this LG 65” TV. The picture is beautiful. And I love the remote control. This tv makes watching tv a great experience.

This is a very user friendly television. Its picture quality and smart features are excellent.

Crisp image and quality. We are enjoying the smart remote control as well. My 4 year old figured out how to use it.

Very much loving this tv. I have a couple cheaper TVs that have the built in Roku, but I’ve found spending a bit more has paid off. The blacks are much cleaner and overall picture quality is better. I thought I would be hooking up a stand alone Roku box since this didn’t have it built in, but found the apps I used on that work just as good (and better in some aspects) than having another box attached. Can’t wait to get motivation to hang this on the wall. Also some led lights really compliment it and help eye strain watching in the dark!

So overall I am highly satisfied with the quality of this t.v Considering I had first went with a Samsung 6series model that I had issues with even after being replaced. Refused to risk a 3rd Samsung tv being messed up so I went with this LG 7 series choice for $75 more Not to get side tracked by my experience so far so as I was saying the LG tv quality is great it has an awesome webos system that I am new to and it’s been giving me a great Experience, along side the the Magic remote it brewing to add to the experience. Although I do have to say after only having the tv for one day, I go to turn it on the day after and noticed this dark line going down horizontally the right side of the screen. I feel like it may be a start up thing the tv dose only while is turning on, & really do hope is the case beside the line dose go away after tv is fully on and a picture comes up ok. Don’t exactly know if it’s just something the tv dose or if it’s related to some type damage that happened during packing/shipping. If it is a result of natural thing the tv dose while starting up I can expect that and can rate the tv higher due to the beautiful picture it displays Would appreciate getting som type of help back from LG IT IS 12/18/19 two days after I bought the tv so I have 13 more days to go swap it out if it is related to some sort of shipping damage or something. Hope to hear from you guys soon

I love the tv the price was great. I’m having issues where the tv is intermittently showing a black screen when I’m watching cable tv but not movies. I’ve been meaning to stop by a store to see what could be causing this. I’m not sure if the problem lies with the tv or the cable. If it wasn’t for this issue I would score higher. Also I don’t like how high the legs are as I didn’t mount the tv it’s on a wall unit.
