Typically your wall mount bracket will come with all the hardware to hang the T.V. including about 3 different types of screws to mount T.V. if you have a bracket and no hardware, I'd look up the brand and model of the T.V. from the manufacturer and go to the hardware store and buy those ones.

The length of the screw will depend on the thickness of the Wall Mount that you use, they don't all have the same thickness. If you are looking to replace lost screws for an existing wall mount, you will need to measure the wall mount's thickness to determine the length of the screw. You can also check the installation manual for the wall mount if you still have it or contact it's manufacturer. New Wall Mounts will provide you with 2 or three sets of screws of varying length with spacers to use if the screws are too long as long as the Wall Mount is VESA Compliant and it supports the VESA Wall Mount Interface Pattern on the TV. ^CP
