“Does this TV have external controls. Like a manual off & on switch”

• Yes it does. On the bottom in the exact middle, if you reach under the screen you can feel the place to switch it on and off, you just need to press and hold a second for each function. It does show some other things on the screen which I don't know exactly how to use.

• Yes, you can turn it on and off, change inputs, adjust volume level, and change channels. You do it all with a single button located in the center of the bottom of the TV underneath the power light.
