This is the first flat-screen I have ever owned where I believe the sound is at least satisfactory - and maybe well beyond that. Perhaps nothing can match the newer sound bars with their bass reflex and so forth. But especially as you master the settings for sound (they are in two different places), no matter where you mount it, the sound that comes out is REALLY good, esp. for just a 20-watt system. I had a newer LG sound bar for my old TV - as of now, I have not connected it to the new TV - it just does not seem to need it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, its audio is on par with most other flat screens. Not very good. I have a soundbar connected to compensate.
