• I recently purchased this tv brand new at best buy, mine did NOT have a magic remote. Has standard lg remote thats actually a major pain to use. Buttons are hard to find unless your in bright light, and super easy to click multiple buttons at once unless your fingers are tiny. Otherwise tv itself has a great picture- when you can keep wifi connected. It loses connestion on average 10 times per viewing. Gets pretty aggravating.

• The lg remote is a magic remote with this tv and it does not have built in voice recognition. Hope this is helpful.
