Unplug and plug back in. Replace batteries in remote. Try from remote or tv. If not working then try another suggestion.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the power board go bad on ours. We found a replacement for around $40 online and it was VERY easy to replace. I would not recommend paying for a technician unless you don't mind paying a couple hundred or more dollars for the service call
