“How do you remove red dots showing in screen background? Or is this a defective screen?”

• Thank you for raising your concern regarding LG Smart webOS (65UQ7570PUJ) model. The presence of red dots on the screen of the LG 65UQ7570PUJ could be due to a few different factors. If the dots are only visible when the TV is on and a mostly black screen is displayed, it might be a case of dead pixels, which are typically not repairable and may require the attention of a technician. You can easily get in touch with us for your concerns by sending us a private message on facebook or twitter using @LGUSSupport and we would be pleased to help. ^Cris
