I asked the LG rep at Best Buy the same question and yes the sound bar in this is the SL10YG. In this version you get the rear speakers included with the sound bar and sub. I guess they just gave the bundle and different name.

Please try again later.As with the LG SL10Y 5.1.2 Channel 570W Sound Bar w/Meridian Technology & Dolby Atmos, the "L" in the model number for the LG SL10RG 7.1.2 Channel High Res Audio Sound Bar with Surround Speakers identifies it as a 2019 model. It is a newer model that was recently released and is essentially the SL10Y packaged with the Rear Surround Speakers as one model hence the change in the model number...^IFV
