Yes. I did this in my circumstance for my left rear speaker. The key is to attach the mount to the wall you want it on, rotate the speaker before you rest it on the mount and then use the included machine screw to attach the speaker to the bracket. Note that the speaker can swivel a bit once attached, and that screws to attach the mounting brackets to the walls are not included.
