Q: Are the rear speakers wireless to the soundbar? (6 answers)
A: The rear speakers are wireless for the sound signal. They pair and link automatically during the set up and re-link each time when the main bar is powered up. The speakers do require 120 VAC power. The system overall is pretty good. It does a good job with Dolby and movies. Base and surround sound is good. It does not make dialogue more distinct on day to day TV watching short of just plain turning up the volume. My only complaint is that to set up the system, you have to set up an account, log into Google Home, download a Google app and allow the unit to use your WiFi - ostensibly to be able to use Alexa. If however you later block the bar units' access to WiFi on your router (it identifies itself as a Chrome-cast speaker), you can block Alexa but then the blue tooth function stop working. You will then be unable to play music from your phone etc. through the speakers which is one of the features I really liked. Not clear why BT needs WiFi other than for Google's benefit. There are two manuals you can download from the LG site - a "Simple Manual", pretty useless and an "Owners Manual" that provides good detail on the setup and operation.- A: I've attached photos with the bracket, bottom of the rear speaker, and both the bracket and read speaker together. These things are pretty big lol.
- A: Make sure you have DRC - OFF Dynamic range control is on in its default settings which limits how loud passages can be while raising the volume of softer passages. Turning it off should give your speakers a boost.
Q: Does this sound bar have eARC? in the specifications it only says ARC. (4 answers)
A: Yes, the SN11RG bar has eARC. Two full HDMI ins + one eARC HDMI connection.- A: So I have the LG CX. But it will work perfectly fine depending on what you want. First, you will have to connect the sound bar to the arc tv input. If you want to watch regular tv like directv it will work the same despite you connect the directv to the tv. But for enjoying Dolby Atmos you will have to connect the streaming device (Like an Apple TV) directly to the sound bar and you will not have to worry about the EARC.
Q: With the LG CX, does VRR and ALLM work through the HDMI inputs on the soundbar? (1 answers)
A: The LG SN11RG 7.1.4 Channel High Res Audio Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos®, Surround Speakers and Google Assistant Built-in supports 4K and Dolby Vision® video passthrough. 4K Passthrough is the Soundbar's ability or an AV receiver' ability to accept a 4K video signal from a source device and pass it through to a 4K TV unaffected. Both the TV and the HDMI ports on the Soundbar must be HDCP compliant for 4K Passthrough to work. The ports on the LG CX series OLEDS are HDMI 2.1 ports that support ALLM and VRR. You would only using the HDMI inputs on the Soundbar for audio and not video. Video devices that have VRR or ALL connect directly yo the TV and the audio Source from the TV can then be transferred to the devices via its HDMI inputs...^IFV- A: If you pass through the sound bar no. But if you go directly into one of the 2.1 hdmi ports in the C1 from the Xbox Series X and the C1 fully supports the 120fps it should work. In this scenario you should connect the C1 to the sound bar via the earc hdmi port on the C1. This will get you the audio and the 120fps if compliant.
