• Any luck? we are having issues trying to get it disassembled as well. We live in a tiny bush town in Alaska with no "certified" installation people.

• I watched a YouTube video where a fellow changed the orifice through the vent hole in the rear. Otherwise, there is considerable disassembly required. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WpgdK5uqWXE
