No,. you can use your same vent kit. Yes you can use the same plug if it matches the back of the new dryer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would buy a new vent kit. The installers will not install your dryer if you plan on using your old vent kit that's installed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy installers require new connections. You must purchase a new vent kit and power cable for them to install your dryer. If you don't, all they will do is drop off the new one and take the old one if you selected recycle when you purchased your appliance.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The use of your existing vent and plug with the LG - 7.3 Cu. Ft. 9-Cycle Ultralarge-Capacity Electric Dryer - White, Model # DLE1101W will all depend on if your current dryer is the same voltage as the DLE1101W and if the vent is in good condition and has the same requirements as those needed for the DLE1101W. Best Buy's Geek Squad do not do electrical work so if the socket that you currently have is not what is required for the DLE1101W, then you will need to have a qualified electrician change that. The DLE1101W requires a 4-inch (10.2 cm) diameter rigid or semi-rigid metal ductwork and the male end of each section of exhaust duct must point away from the dryer. It has its own terminal block that must be connected to a separate 240 VAC, 60-Hertz, single-phase circuit, fused at 30 amperes (the circuit must be fused on both sides of the line). ELECTRICAL SERVICE FOR THE DRYER SHOULD BE OF THE MAXIMUM RATE VOLTAGE LISTED ON THE NAMEPLATE. DO NOT CONNECT DRYER TO 110-, 115-, OR 120-VOLT CIRCUIT...^IFV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Shouldn't need a new vent, but they won't preform an installation on any products unless you purchase brand new connections and hoses. Its a safety thing for them and you.
