“Can we use existing power cord? The delivery paperwork provided at time of purchase says: "You must purchase the power cord at Best Buy." It also states: "We will connect the dryer venting kit if it's purchased at Best Buy." Our sale rep said our existing power cord and venting kit can be used with our new dryer. Will we need to purchase these items prior to installation or can we use the ones we have?”

You can use your cords but for the installers to install your new product, you would need new cords. This is what i was told when I called in and I also asked the installers when they came to deliver and install product.
