Hi, there. Thank you for reaching out about your LG Dryer (DLE7150W) model. We understand your concern about your clothes aren’t drying properly, and we’re here to help. We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products and exceptional services to ensure a smooth expereince. To address the drying issue, we recommend checking the vent hose and ensuring it's not clogged or kinked, as restricted airflow can prevent proper drying. Also, ensure that the dryer filter is clean and the dryer’s exhaust system is clear. You can try running the dryer on a higher heat setting or use the Time Dry cycle to give your clothes more drying time. As for turning off the sound alerts, you can do this by navigating to Settings > All Settings > Sound and turning off the End of Cycle Tone or adjusting the volume to your preference. Please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport if you need additional guidance or troubleshooting. We’re happy to assist further. ^Juvy
