To ensure the best cooking performance and to prevent scratching or damage to your ceramic glass cooktop, we recommend using pans that have a flat and smooth bottom. We specifically recommend cookware made from stainless steel, aluminum, or copper that features a smooth, flat base. We advise against using: Pots or pans made of cast iron or those with a rough, heavy, or rounded base, as these can easily scratch the glass surface.
