“When using steam the clothes are wet, and wrinkled. I am very disappointed. How do you unwrinkle clothes with the turbo steam fuction, should they still be wet and wrinkled when finished?”

I have no issues with the steam function, The clothes need to be dry before you put them in for steam. if they're wet you will never get wrinkles out. Also make sure you have settings set to run longer.
